Yes, the rental agreement is a month-to-month lease. With the rent due at the first of the month.
Yes, we do accept autopay. We can set it up when you move in or at any time after you have moved into your unit. Your card will be ran at the first of every month.
Sentry will give you a lock when you rent a unit but you are also able to use your own lock if you wish. We also sell locks if you need a replacement lock.
If you lose your key we can cut your lock but we do charge a cut lock fee of $50.00 & we do sell replacement locks.
If you forget your access code we can look it up for you. If you have a copy of your lease it is also list on the top front page of the lease. If we are not in the office you can look it up on our kiosk.
Yes, our office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm & Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Yes, no matter if you rent in person, online, or at our kiosk you can move in the same day.
When vacating you must give a written notice no less than 10 day from the end of the month your vacating the unit. The storage unit must be vacated on or before the last day of the month for which rent has been paid and all terms and conditions of this agreement are met by the tenant. We do not prorate when you vacate a unit. Tenant’s lock must be removed upon termination of occupancy. Failure to remove lock will result in your being charged the next month’s rental and late fees.
Yes, we offer both outside parking spaces and exterior units.
Office hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday and Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Gate hours are from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm, seven days a week
